Week after Glastonbury 2004 = probable week of conception (not the best of timing from a detox point of view)
First instinctual inkling that I was pregnant - sitting in Vondel Park in Amsterdam with E.
4 days later - Pregnancy test positive
22 Feb 05: scan no 4 all ok!
19 March 05: Baby shower (je, me, ce, lm, et, ao, vg, gs, jw, sb, tp, jb, mt, sd, )
24 March 05: second antenatal class in Pottery Lane with Barbara Knott.
31 March 05: antenatal class
5 April 05: tour of labour ward with E
6 April 05: pre birth spa pamper session!
8 April 05: Expectant Yaya arrives from Zimbabwe for the birth
7 April 05: antenatal class
14 April 05: antenatal class
15 April 05: Chi’s due date
20 April 05: Shiatsu massage with Veronica Howard - hoping to kick-start labour and avoid being induced followed by Grandpa’s birthday dinner
22 April 05: last midwife meeting
23 April 05: heavily pregnant Passover Dinner with friends
24 April 05: midnight - labour begins
25 April 05: 7:30am - rush to hospital, 11:30 epidural, 15:10 Chi arrives!
30 April 05: gained 40g
4 May 05: gained 140g
10 May 05: BCG given
15 May 05: first blocked nose
18 June 05: NCT 1st reunion at Pottery Lane - all babies born
20 June 05: Chi accidental bumped her red dog, smiled at herself in the mirror, 1st taste of anything other than milk, and that was panadol!
27 June 05: 1st baby yoga class - continued until she could crawl
29 June 05: First public breastfeeding…. in St James Park
25 August 05: Chi rolls over for the first time
31 August 05: Chi’s first picnic lunch to Hampstead Ponds… E, G, C, Chi and me - we had to sit outside
8 Sept 05: Chi rolls off couch at wedding dress shop!
10 Sept 05: First tooth makes appearance!
17 Sept 05: Chi’s first wedding
25 Sept 05: Chi goes to Cardiff
28 Sept 05: Chi begins to kneel
1 Sept 05: Chi goes to Cornwall
3 Oct 05: Chi’s second tooth
4 Oct 05: Chi’s first dive forward from kneeling position
15 Oct 05: First time we left Chi with babysitters - FireHouse Hen dinner and a dashed midnight return to a crying babe
